Our Promise
If something isn't right, you can return any unopened item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
How to Start a Return
- Visit the Orders section in your account, or email hello@lumiere.beauty.
- Select the order and items you'd like to return.
- Print the prepaid label we email you (orders over ৳ 50).
- Drop the parcel at any carrier location — we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days of receipt.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused and in original packaging with seals intact.
- Opened/used items may be returned only if defective or damaged in transit.
- Gift cards and final-sale items are non-returnable.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are refunded only when the entire order is returned or the item arrived faulty.
Exchanges
Need a different shade or size? Request an exchange the same way — we'll ship the replacement as soon as we receive your return.
